Standard delivery-UK only: 
All packages under 1.5kg are sent out by Royal Mail and delivered within 2-5 working days.  Packages of 1.51kgs and over will be sent standard parcel service - please allow 5-6 working days.. Some of the post codes will deliver with 2-3days. check with our team.
 
1st class Recorded Delivery- UK only:
 A signed for service with a tracable reference number. Delivery 2-3 working days.  Some of the post codes will deliver with 2-3days. check with our team.
          
Special Delivery(UK Only):
A signed for service with traceable reference number. Guaranteed next day delivery. it is not Include saturday delivery.

UK Offshore Islands (excluding channel islands)                                                                           All packages under 1.5kg are sent out by Royal Mail and delivered within 2-5 working days.  Packages of 1.51kgs and over will be sent standard parcel service - please allow 5-6 working days..

Europe Standard Delivery:

Europe Signed for:

International Standard Delivery:
All packages will be sent standard parcel service - please allow 8-13working days.. Packages of 2.5kgs and over will be sent  DHL or TNT delivery  service and delivery time 2-5days. if your PO BOX please let us know.

Internationl Signed for;

 Packaging & Dispatching

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours since the payment is clear, from Monday to Friday. Please note we do not depsatch orders over during weekends and bank holidays.

 UK Shipments...
All items shipped within the UK are sent via 2nd class mail or courier,depending on their value.

Items sent via 2nd class mail usually arrive 2- 3 working day (inc. Saturdays). However, delivery can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive within a few days of despatch, please do not worry - it is very likely that it will arrive very soon. In line with Royal Mail's guidlines, we will not consider a 2 Class parcel lost until 15 working days have passed. This is because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as "undeliverable" within this time.

If after 15 working days your item still has not arrived, please contact us at office@yogaunited.co.uk. Please include your order number in your email. Your email will be used as evidence of non-receipt in our claim with Royal Mail.

International Shipments...

Items shipped outside the UK are sent via Airmail and should arrive within 4-15 working days. If your item does not arrive within this time, please do not worry - it is very likely that it will arrive very soon. In line with Royal Mail's guidlines, we will not consider an International package to be lost until 25 working days have passed. This is because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as "undeliverable" withinthis time.

If after 25 working days your item still has not arrived, please contact us at office@yogaunited.co.uk. Please include your order number in your email. Your email will be used as evidence of non-receipt in our claim with Royal Mail.
