Muswell Hill - yoga, breathing & relaxation Sept 10
Starting 13 September - Monday evening 7.30-9pm for 7 weeks. In the Oak Room, North Bank (Methodist Church) on Pages Lane, N10. See class timeteable for map. Judy Hirsh teaches various practices to release physical, mental and emotional tension and unblock energy pathways in the body and mind. These classes are in small groups for the maximum individual attention.
In times of stress, when we undo tension and drop emotional baggage, it allows us to feel lighter and more spacious, and to rediscover a sense of wellbeing and connection with the world. We can learn skills that are useful whatever life throws at us.
The increase in strength, stamina and flexibility are more of a well-earned bonus
than the major aim. Please inform the teacher of any injuries, relevant conditions and anything which may affect your practice.
